2. Kerabu Cucumber Cups – Salad of julienned young mango, carrots, shallots, torched ginger bud topped with crushed peanuts in homemade lime and chilli dressing

3. Mentaiko Roots – Salad of Lotus Roots, Burdock Roots, Carrots, Edamame, Konnyaku ( Devil’s Tongue Roots Jelly) tossed in Mentaiko Mayonnaise Dressing.

4. Sanma Kabayaki Salad - Salad of Daikon(White Radish), Long Beans with Black Sesame Dressing (seasonal)

 

5. Kiriboshi Daikon Ban Banji (Dried white radish) – Salad of Kiriboshi Daikon and Poached Chicken on a bed of Julienned Cucumber serve with peanut & honey miso sauce

6. Gobo Kinpira- Japanese simmered Julienned Burdock Root, Carrot and Konnyaku ( Devil’s Tongue Root)

10. Pasta Salad – Salad of Spiral Pasta with Broccoli Florets, Tomatos, Capsicums, Pine Nuts, Olives and Squids tossed in Herbed Tomato Dressing and Parmesan Cheese.

11.Smoked Duck& Jicama ( Seng Kuang) -Tossed Salad of Smoked Duck with Jicama, Carrots, Scallions and Orange serve with side of Kalamasi and Garlic Dressing.

12. Grilled Vegetables with Garlic Salt and Pepper - Red and Yellow Capsicums, Asparagus, Courgettes, Brinjals, Tomatoes. ( with the options of serving on skewer or platter).

13. Parsley and Mint Pesto Potato Salad – Salad of Red Potatoes, Olives, Pine Nuts and Cucumber tossed in  Homemade Mint and Parsley Pesto.
